With a love of travelling and experiencing different food cultures, Kris has grown up with a strong European influence in the kitchen.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a keen interest in food and food preparation. As well as preparing regular ‘much loved’ meals, I like experimenting with different ingredients, creating new tastes and dishes for everyone to enjoy. Recently, I have specialised in food allergies and dietary preferences as well. I understand that getting the fundamentals right is the key to great food.”
